A top franchise hair salon is opening a new location in Allen and is looking for a Salon Manager to join our team. The Salon Manager will oversee operations of the salon and its staff to achieve profitable sales in this brand new salon that is currently under construction. Grand opening plans are underway to open this salon in early September.
The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times. The Salon Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.
Responsibilities:
The salon will be opening in early September and is a full-service hair salon with opportunities for staff to join in the success of its success. This new salon is hiring inspired and creative staff and the salon’s goal is to provide a work culture that promotes teamwork, mutual respect and customer orientation.

Responsibilities:
- Sales services – Manage all salon sales, marketing and budgets. Report daily sales and capture all credit card cash receipts. Maintain budgets and record inventory for all purchases and sales. Perform inventory counts as needed and work with staff and the owner to create new, cost-effective displays and strategies.
- Customer Service – Respond to customer issues and resolve their needs as they arise. Maintain a clean store environment safe from all hazards.
- Supervise – Lead the staff and hiring for all vacant positions. Organize special store functions and events. Manage and coach the staff with weekly discussions and share the salon’s weekly goals. Motivate the sales team with effective communication and provide awards and incentives as earned.
- Licensed cosmetologist.
- Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff.
- Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of balancing and maintaining budgets.
